As you can see the contractor said the job was finished in 23 days and that is what he told me too so I came back home. I have a breathing problem and I'm on oxygen and the house was never cleaned up from the dust from the construction. The tape was still on the outside of the house where they put stucco on the new window and now the tape in stuck in the hardened stucco. The molding and vents were the old ones just put back on the new kitchen. One drawer is broken and does not work, it is broken. After one week two of the new electrical socket stopped working and everything in my refrigerator went bad and now the refrigerator sits in the middle of the kitchen and is plugged into a wall socket. Three old sockets do not have plates on them they are open holes in the wall. The product used for the cabinets was much inferior to what I was promised. As soon as I got home and saw the cabinets were in, they had just been put in 2 days earlier I did not even want to send the third payment but did since the contract said that the third payment was due after the cabinets were in. A few days later [redacted] showed up at the door with flowers and wanted the final payment, he was always saying "you still love me" and trying to impress me with flowery words. I don't care about flowery words or flowers I want my kitchen done correctly. I asked him to leave and send his workers back to finish the job and fix their mistakes. No one has ever shown up. I sent pictures with my complaint to the state contractors board and you can see the terrible job he did and I paid him a lot of money. The final payment due when the job is completed will be used when I hire another contractor to finish his job. I have had 3 contractors out and they all said this was a terrible job and that I should not have even given him the third payment. He has taken advantage of a senior woman who is handicapped and in a wheelchair

I have contacted the city of Redlands to verify if permits were pulled on this job and there is no permit found. I was told any time there are structural changes permits should be pulled. The ceiling was torn out and the new ceiling was raised, an interior wall was partially removed and a new outside wall was put in and framed

Good morning : I had an appointment with her after we completed the job to walk through as normal . She was inside her car on the driveway & she didn't even went inside her house & even she didn't allow me to enter her house . Instead of that she just kicked me out . Till today she didn't response . Those kind of customers complicate things because they don't like to pay the balance . I am ready to solve the problem by any way you suggest . Pls. help me & ask her what she wants to solve this problem . Thank you very much .
