background-">I did some work for customer that had he already started some of work himself. I usually don't do this and told him I could put light skip on ceiling. First day that I showed up on site, he pushed us back almost three hours. He was late and didn't have garage cleared for us to do work. At end of day I asked him if he was ok with work he said yes and paid me. He then called me back two weeks later and asked if I could come out and fix work. The project was a garage ceiling that *** had started pulling all seams himself. I came out to property twice afterwards and never could get in to fix problem. Time is money and he wasted a lot of my time. If he wasn't happy with the work why did he pay me then. I learned from the mistake of taking work when a customer has started project themselves. The ceiling *** is complaining about is next to chip board walls. He tried to get me to come out and paint the ceiling for free. I wish there was a site where business could warn other business about customers'
*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When I asked [redacted] what services he offered to cover up the seams in my drywall he told me that a light skip would cover it up. Only a few things had to be moved out of the garage and this took less than 5 minutes. He and his work partner weren't even there for a total of 3 hours. When he was done I pointed out some still visible seams in the drywall. He told me when it dried it wouldn't be visible anymore. He said if it was, to just give him a call and he would fix it as he was working on other projects in that area; so I paid him. After realizing the seams were still visible, it took 2 weeks to finally get ahold of him. He offered to come out a couple times and never did. He stated that he couldn't get in, but my garage door, and side entry door to the garage have been unlocked since I have owned the property because I don't have a key for it. After a few weeks he told me that painting would cover it up. When I could not cover it with paint, even though I didn't feel it was right, I just wanted it done, I offered to pay [redacted] to come out and paint with my supplies knowing he had more skills with paint than me. This was not appealing to [redacted]. [redacted] then offered to come out and fix the seams, left me a voicemail around 5pm that he would be there at 6pm to fix it, and never showed up. I could never get him to answer my calls after this. I still have the saved voicemail.
This complaint to you at Revdex.com is no longer about getting any sort of refund. I do not wish to go back and forth with a "he said/she said" match. I just wan't my bad experience to be available to the public so the next person plays it a little safer whether it be a written contract, or payment after satisfied with the end product.
Regards,
