Review: When we had our windows installed about 10 year ago, we called and called them but, they never provided an itimized bill and.or receipt for our 15,000$. Furthermore, they did not provide the documentation for their claimed 20 year warrantee on the windows, including steaming between the double glass. Now, we are having issues and this branch is out of business. Is there a Corporate COmpany we can contact to complain?Desired Settlement: Give us copies of our records and replace the windows with issues.
