I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I would like proof that the order has been placed. It only takes one week to receive the order so I would like a copy of the order that was placed along with the Cali Bamboo tracking number. Once I have confirmation that the order has been placed I will know things are moving forward. I have had buckled floors since February and now just have concrete floors. Until the flooring is delivered to my house to acclimate my house will remain unfinished and with just concrete floors. So please provide me with the information.

We have contacted the customer, [redacted] and have come to a resolution. We are resolving this flooring installation by doing  a complete new installation which includes all new products. We have already begun the process by removing all of the previously...

installed flooring. We have reordered replacement flooring, exact same product as before and are waiting for it's arrival at the store so that we can make sure it is delivered and set in the correct rooms, with the flooring boards exposed for an accurate acclimation before we start the installation. Our company flooring inspector is overseeing this job from start to finish.  The job will be completed with the customer's complete satisfaction. The customer knows she can contact us at anytime with questions or concerns.

Revdex.com,     In regards to the customer's rejection to our response - We understand the customer requesting the receipt and tracking number as proof that this is moving forward. That is no problem. I have attached the receipt from the store that ordered the flooring for us and I will be able to get a tracking number or confirmation number for her on Monday.  I do believe she has been in contact with [redacted] who is the person overseeing this reinstallation and he did tell me he has ben in contact with the customer and told her about the problem we had in getting this product ordered. There was a misunderstanding with the store and the need for a 'sense of urgency' on this special order flooring, but that has been resolved now and the product is on order.  The customer may call anytime if she has questions or concerns. She already has [redacted]'s number so I will leave my number as well in case she has a problem getting a hold of [redacted].  I hope this is satisfactory to Ms. [redacted] at this time.
