furniture has some issues, including a broken handle and loose bed and missing screwEmployee from the store came and explained that that was how all the models are, and nothing can be doneThe furniture should not shake or move, it should be fixed and feel solid

shaky.  The next step we did was sent out our technicians to inspect the problem.  However, they informed her that the bed is supposed to be like that because of the particular style she chose.  She was still not satisfied with the situation, shse came in and confirmed bedroom set she purchased and we informed her again how it's supposed to be.  At the time of the Delivery if she would've informed us to exchange it we would have done so.  It's been a couple months now and bed is used and the value is lower.  Never were we informed that the handles were broken at anytime, or else we would have already taken care of this situation.  We were only informed of the beds being shaky.If you have any further questions please contact me at [redacted].Sincerely,Kathy R[redacted]

Review: On June 26th, 2014, I bought furniture (2) accent chairs (Item # PO-[redacted]) and (2) nightstands at HOME Furniture & More/[redacted] : [redacted] MD [redacted] via corporate location; [redacted] MD [redacted].

Unfortunately, todays date is August 4, 2014 and the products purchased have not arrived yet. I am disappointed because I have spoken very highly of this store and recommended it to other colleagues and friends, not only have I not received items I purchased well over 30 days ago, the level of customer service has been unacceptable. There has been (4) promised delivery dates, all of which have been unsuccessful with no contact from any member of management at your location. While keeping diligent communication with a manager, Jeffery, last name refused, a simple resolution of a refund should have been offered. Instead I have received the run around on dates of delivery and falsified information that merchandise had been delivered to the store location which it had not. The uncooperative, supercilious nature and tone of Jeffery’s disposition is intolerable to satisfactory customer service and should be addressed.Desired Settlement: To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a full refund of my purchases. Enclosed are copies of my records. I have highlighted the payments that will need to be refunded from the two separate receipts of purchase. Totaling: $637.00

Review: On the 4th of April 2013, I purchased a living romm set consisting of a sofa and a love seat. The set on display at the furniture store was green, and that was the one I selected. During delivery this morning, 4/17/2013, I ran to the bank to get some cash to tip the delivery guys. After I signed the paper, I noticed that the set look brown, I opened the blind to see if my eyes were tricking me, unfortunately it remained brown, it was not an illusion, I immediately called the store and spoke to [redacted]. He "quickly" stated that he told me it comes in brown, which I denied, because he never stated that the dark green color displayed was not available. We did, however, discussed that I wanted the green confirmed by [redacted], the salesman, as opposed to the "cafe delhi" shown online. Today, [redacted] claims that it only comes in brown, and that I should come to verify it in the store. They now have a brown set at the store.I showed them the picture of the set in green, he argues that the picture is brown. Nevertheless, I asked for a refund because it was not what I purchased. Request was denied, he states that they only give store credit. Their receipt however indicates otherwise. My request is that I get the color I purchased or get a full refund.Desired Settlement: I either want a green set, or a full refund.
