Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Revdex.com thank you so much for your timei would just like to point out the very essence of why I have requested an investigation to the fraud misleading students with promises of support in tools thru personal tutor sessions and chat sessionsalso misleading students to study something that is not in the certification examalso the very response of my claim has been admitted by ace fraud business practices in their reply please see last paragraph after the description of the curriculum is explained and please see, I quote part of really has brought me to cause this complaint"It's important to understand that these practice questions should not be expected to be seen on the actual exam as that would not truly test the candidate's subject to knowledge and problem solving and decision making skills but rather memorization of a subset of questions" advertising is what this practice test is, ace claims these two 60/questions practice test as certifications practice testswhy? would they be callled "certification practice tests" if none of the questions are not on the certification test? see fraud or mis advertisement herealso I would like to point outevery time you read something and study it for a test its some form of memorization and ace claims they do not want that to occurmeaning consistency in the curriculum is something we do not want you to see in our curriculumalso I would like to point out something I have not pointed out in my complainis the inconsistencies of the delivery of material to all studentscurriculum should be distributed to all students equally not bias to geographic locationit was noted to me that international students have also purchased the certificationif so how do they implement the test to international students? meaning if they don't required the international students to go to a designated testing site but require the domestic student in u.s go to a designated testing sitewould violate the equal opportunity practicesmeaning how can ace allow certification test for international student to be taken over the internet at home where we u.s students go to a designated testing location? is that inconsistency allowed ? im sure it is for a certain fee please investigate how international students are tested compared to domestic u.s studentsi would like a full refund and if not obtained will go to other agencies provided to me for fraud investigation and mis advertisement leading practices.I would like also to see all real reports of all applicants purchasing the test voucher, is the only way we will be able to fully know the complexity of the fraud thru the re- test vouchersso I request an audit of the actual purchases of the retake test vouchersany other form of evidence would not be sufficient for following the money or purchases is a real and factual practice of understanding the real first time passing statisticsi would like all email exchanges, chat sessions, and my certification test along with results to be released and made public to better understand the fraudi can almost assure you they will not be released Revdex.comit contains too much evidenceif your protecting my privacy I ask please release the content ace.I recommend a full audit in the purchases of retake test vouchers....thank you for your time once again it is my pleasure to bring the truth to light that is all I seek thru my complaintfor I do not wish to see san diego residents and any other person around the world get bamboozledsincerely [redacted] ***
