NOTdelivered to our Distribution Canter when scheduled. Therefore the pickup date had to be pushedback. The sofa bed that retails for $299.99, was sent to the store where the pick up was to occurimmediately. [redacted] subsequently picked up the sofa bed. Review: There are multiple problems.

1) I was told that the sofa units I purchased were leather, when in fact they were NOT. The sales person told me and my husband that everything on the sofa that touches you is leather, the sides and that the back are not. There was no tag on the sofa in the showroom to verify this information. I only found out that it was a lie after the items were delivered with tags about the contents. I was very disappointed. I then went back to Home Gallery and told my salesperson about this info. The salesperson was surprised and said that she was told by yet another that the sofa was leather. I feel like I was duped. I am a senior citizen. I trusted the sales person. When I called customer service, the salesperson said that she had gone over everything with my husband and me about it being 17% leather. This was not true because she was initially surprised at the information contained on the tag. Therefore, there was no way she could have "gone over" this fact with me if she didn't know it herself!

2) I went to [redacted] furniture to see if there was a similar sofa and to check out the contents of it. They had the SAME sofas on sale....TOTAL COST OF SOFAS, DELIVERY, REASSEMBLY FEE, and INSURANCE WAS $200 LESS THAN THE HOME GALLERY. I had bought my sofas just 2-3 weeks prior from Home Gallery.

3) [redacted] furniture told me there would be no need to reassemble or disassemble the furniture---the glides are already detached. [redacted] had no idea what information Home Gallery was giving me. Therefore I feel that Home Gallery was just try to add fees to my purchase to increase their revenues.

4) Home Gallery prides itself on being the lowest price furniture store around. When my daughter called to ask if they had a price match policy Home Gallery said. "yes." However,my salesperson then got on the phone and said there was no price matching at Home Gallery. When I called customer service I was told that Home Gallery won't match the [redacted]'s price because I already purchased the items.

5) On Home Gallery's website, there is a price match policy...even after purchase. Why was I told that there wasn't?

6) Home Gallery's guarantee features a 30 day price match (that's obviously after the item is purchased) ---they specify that it must be from an online business only that is Revdex.com accredited. I feel that their specificity prohibits any type of good faith price matching.

7) I am on a fixed income, and $200 is a big difference in price. After calling 2 other furniture stores in the area, they both said that they would have refunded the difference even if the item was on sale and already delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like the difference to be refunded to me. I don't think this is unreasonable.

I purchased a matress on Nov. 13, 2015
Matress never arrived at location.
Warehouse contacted me about informant that was not included in receipt. When talking to warhouse manager he was rude , telling and disrespectful. I asked for his manager number and he said. I'm not giving you anything. Right now ...I am God. You talk to me.

Review: I bought a reclining sofa from Home Gallery Furniture store on 03/09/13. This purchase was a layaway starting on 2/23/13. Sofa was delivered on 03/16/13. Left arm rest pillows was detached and delivery person said his fingers were to big to connect the zipper to re-attach pillow. Everything else looked okay. We signed off on the delivery, sat in the recliner first time was okay. Then my husband went to sit in recline position for a second time, not even 15 minutes after delivery, an chair collasped. Called store to report incident and with an attitude was questioned on trying the chair before delivery people left. Was told there was nothing they could do because it was a floor model sofa, and we neglected to try chair at delivery. $600.00 down the drain. Was told by warehouse they have someone who fixes furniture that they can recomend, but cost would be on us. Is this the new scam on hard working people. What kind of customer relations is this. Not even 15 minutes of owning this sofa and I'm out $600.00. All I want is some resolution because I feel we have been wronged.They said they don't give refunds but can't I get something for my troubles?Desired Settlement: Different sofa in exchange. Apology because they treated us like we were so dumb and so responsible. ( I hope most chairs take more than two seatings befor they collasp).
