I had a recent visit by their technician for a preventive maintenance check which was thru a service contract with *** *** ***; well let state that the technician spent 15mintotal inside of my house and said if I wanted anything done it would cost me, I expected to at least get the full inspection which is stated in my contract but I didn't and they said the tech is saying he didTalked with *** *** *** for a few times and no resolution there and have to file a claim for service and make additional payment

I am rejecting this response because: the statements they are making are falseThe recordings would show I called multiple times confirming what was being purchased, I was quoted $for labor by ***, and *** from *** indicated that I did not owe $*** and Home Guard
have dishonest business practices, I called *** and the $they supposedly ate for their mistake was taken from my payment therefore I cannot get a refund for their horrible useless so called serviceThis entire situation was horrible and STILL no one is making it right for the customerBEWARE!

I had a very happy experience with this business. I had been toggling for two weeks with the warranty company and I spoke with Anton who not only took over and handled the warranty issue but also sent a technician to my home the same day!
