After being contacted by Revdex.com, the general manager did finally contact meHe agreed to Saturday service and agreed to cancel the contract and have me proceed on a spot basisAs long as they come out as scheduled I believe that this problem has been resolvedThanks for your help Revdex.com!

We removed all early termination feesAll we ask is that the customer pay for services rendered After the initial service was done, we went out for the first regular service as was stated on the contract Not only did the customer accept the service, but then requested a follow up service that was covered by warrantee.Those services were requested, and therefore we believe that we should be paid for themWe are allowing the customer to cancel early, without feesThank you

This issue has been resolved, our General Manager [redacted] spoke to Mrs [redacted] and we now have her scheduled for Saturdays only per her RequestWe are sending a technician out this Saturday 06/20/to preform a full service

We are only seeking to be paid for work that was ordered, and completedWe are waiving all termination fees, and canceling the contract for any future work.Not only did we do the regular service, but we were contacted for another visit, and we did that work as warranty
