Bad business practices, warranty purchased by seller of the condo I purchased. Called them to check out a fridge which did not keep temperature/still cooling. After 3 contractors, multiple parts replaced, the company sends this "last contractor" shady at best who told them that the unit was "shot at" did not cool because of "pre-existing-conditions" something neither of the previous two contractors reported. This company is one to stay FAR away from. The customer reps are inept & unable to understand simple terms, they are taught to deny claims without thinking of contractual liability ramifications. These people replaced parts in the refrigerator & the refrigerator never cooled, at least 15 degrees lower than before. I expect for them to rectify their mistake & either give me a full refund for the warranty with my initial service fee or replace the refrigerator. Otherwise, I will file a small claims case against them for desceptive practices & for not fulfilling their contractual obligations.
