Revdex.comMediator: Madelyn MurrayRe: ID# [redacted] > [redacted] ***Chrysler Pacifica / 102,603K MilesRepair date: 52016-Trans-Pro repair facility serviced [redacted] ***, Chrysler Pacifica with 102,603K Miles on the vehicle on He brought his vehicle in late in the day without an appointment on His vehicle was diagnosed on and parts were ordered on His vehicle was serviced on same day and he picked it up on That was the last I heard from [redacted] until (almost a year later) in a rage stating that Trans-Pro did not replace of the mounts he was charged for and demanded that I refund his money -He went on to say that he took his vehicle into another shop and they told him that he needed new mounts [redacted] told them he had them replaced last year, and the other shop told him the mounts looked old and didn't appear to be replaced.-I tried to assure [redacted] that my technicians absolutely installed new mounts in his vehicle I placed the order myself for the mounts in question and have the parts bills (attached) to prove it.-Over years in business and I have never had a Revdex.com complaint! -Regardless of [redacted] ***'s accusations, I told him the mounts are still under the year warranty and I will refund him for the alleged defective mounts because they are under warranty NOT because I am guilty of his accusationsI needed to pull the invoices, and receive the mounts back from him before I can proceed under the warranty-I did not disappear or ignore the matter, I told [redacted] I would not be in the office for approximately weeks and I assured him I would take care of the situation when I returned - [redacted] returned the mounts "the other repair shop" gave to him to me on 5/*/(see signed statement from [redacted] ***) and he received a refund from Trans-Pro in the amount of $on the same day -I have since learned that [redacted] has publicly slandered the Trans-Pro name, and my name personally on numerous facebook accounts, and several other public Glen Cove and Sea Cliff websites, and posted blatant lies and created statements and accussations of what took place at my facilityBlatant outragious lies! All the small automotive repair business owners in my area have been struggling enough to keep their doors open, most have had to shut down in the last few years and now [redacted] has publicly slandered my good name to the entire community and rallied a few people to post things that never happened I would have Revdex.com complaints if I ran a shady business! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I wish to inform you that I did indeed receive a refund for parts and labor from Transpro in the amount of $450, after several months of attempts to resolve this matter unsuccessfullyI also wish to thank you for followion this issue as I feel that the Revdex.com efforts may have compelled this business to issue an equitable refund when they resisted to do so based on my efforts alone.Thank you again Sincerely, [redacted] ***
