Customer contacted Miracle Plumbing on Sunday for a leak that Ken responded to as an emergency I crawled into crawlspace finding the leak on the copper line coming into the house we then gave customer a quote to make repair and run pex piping over to the front of the opening of crawlspace with main water shut off so that of there was any other issues customer would have access to new water main, as where the old water main was in the corner of the house that the customer would never be able to get access to I then explained to customer we would need to turn water off to house and we would be back sometime the following day we did not give them a specific time because this was a call that came in on a Sunday and we did have a full day on schedule for Monday again that was explained to customer With that customer was impatient and cancelled job on us as we were on our way there As far as the refund goes customer was issued a refund in the amount of $deducting the $emergency fee for Sunday and Diagnosing problem in crawlspace and turning meter pit off isolating water $totaling $refund was not given as quick as customer intended which I apologize for but there is a process our company does have in issuing refunds to customers we are a small business and at that time did have some changes in downsizing of employment As customer mentioned other plumber replacing outside line which was not the issue I personally saw the leak in the crawlspaceThis customer went to the extent of posting not needed comments on facebook and social media which was not necessary due to the fact of them not receiving there refund when they wanted it We have been in business since and have never had a problem with returning a customers deposit

Ken was not the owner of Miracle Plumbing & Heating II, Inc. Ira S*** was Ken was only the licensed plumber on the corporation. Since money was paid to a corporation that is no longer open we cannot provide funds that Miracle Plumbing & Heating Incwas never given

I am rejecting this response because:The apartment were left in a very clean condition, Ms *** is totally lying to your company, Ms *** is working for Ms*** and can not be an effective witness. Several persons in San Antonio Station apartment complex happened to see my apartment before I left and they can proove that my moving out condition is pretty cleanThe moving in condition was extremely bad especiallyin the kitchenIt was pretty dirty and had foul smelling whenever I opened the cabinet or draw in the kitchen, as a result I could not put my bowls or food in the cabinet and had to buy seperate shelf for storageIn the bathroom, you could find paint material everywhere on the floor and on the door knob.In summary, I left the apartment in a very clean condition and the moving in condition is much worse than moving out condition and I did not accept the charge of dollars

San Antonio Station prides itself on the condition of the apartments prior to the move in of any of our residents. We would never allow anyone to take possession of an apartment without it being thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Ms*** left her apartment in dirty condition; i.e.,
floors, walls, counters, toilets, tubs, etc. Therefore, she was charged what our contract cleaning company charges for an apartment of her size, which is $90.00. After we deducted her deposit, she owes a total of $40.00. Myself, *** ***, manager, along with the lead maintenance person, *** ***, walked the apartment upon move out. Ms*** also vacated her apartment months prior to her lease being up and broke her contract. She was only charged the Cost of Reletting Fee (which is 85% of one month's rent)
