I BEEN RECEIVING BILLS FROM THEM NOW OVER A YEAR NOW AND ALSO BEEN TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

Refund WOULD LIKE A REFUND CAUSE I DIDNT ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM
We have a signed contract from customer where he purchased books from us. In his response he even lists his account number, if he really did not order anything from us as he alleges then why does he list his account number in his complaint? Also, we take the payment from his account monthly because he authorized us to do this when he signed his original contract, he gave us his card information and the date of the month to take payment from that card. We are simply following the customer's instructions when he purchased books from us and signed the sales contract.

One the account number is listed on the bills that I been getting monthly and if I ordered books from them then why haven't I received them and this person must be new also and I need my money back cause I didn't order nothing from this company like this person states

He signed a contract to purchase a set of books on health from***- on June 23, 2016 which were delivered to him.
He agreed to a monthly charge on the 21st of each month.
He has just finished paying on this account.
