The Billing Manager of HCU contacted the customer February 20th at approx 10:am and resolved the concern that customer had expressed. The customer is satisfied with the outcome. Thanks you

Home Health United staff member contacted the customer on 10-27-and scheduled an appointment for 10-31-for the customer. Customer was seen on 10-31-for the appointment and received requested services. We believe the customer is satisfied at this time

An audit was conducted on the customer's account and it was determined that all charges that have been billed are accurate to the services provided. The monies due to Home Health United that were not paid to us were valid. During the audit we investigated the documented discussions that
our billing team had with the customer and found that one biller's communications did add confusion to the remaining amount owed to Home Health United. As such, although all charges are valid and should have been paid to Home Health United, Home Health United has adjusted off the disputed amount and the customer will not be responsible to pay. The customer was not contacted per their wishes

My mother and I accept the apology offered by Home Health United for the 4 hour delay in discharge due to a communication error. Service by Home Health United since the episode in the hospital has been a positive experience.

United Home Health Care really dropped the ball. They were over 3 hours late for a hospital discharge of my elderly mother from St. Mary's Hospital and failed to communicate. I was insulted at their lack of care and professionalism in handling the situation. I would strongly recommend NOT using United Home Health Care as a provider.

Review: I was told multiple times that if I returned the modem I could receive a $250 credit. After being told this in several calls to me, I was told by the representative that she was mistaken - why could't she have checked before her 6 calls to me? This has been resolved. The price of the modem has been removed from my bill. However, I have received multiple estimates for the purchase of a CPAP machine ranging from $408.00 to $938.01. Now I have receive 3 bills, one in December for $480. one dated Feb. 2 for $938.01, and another one dated Feb. 6 for $938.01. I would like one final correct bill so I can pay it and no longer deal with this horrible company.Desired Settlement: A correct bill, hopefully for the amount of $480.
