Fired Home Helpers as they did not care for my mother well Their staff do not know CNA skills well enough to to single person chair transfers and dropped my mom on the floor in the bathroom They don't know how to use gait belts correctly and tried to use on her against her bare skin in the shower They didn't feed her consistently, didnt prepare good meals when they did try to feed her They did not clean her well, their staff was consistently late or had no-shows where we missed part of the appointment we were going to waiting for a substitute Their staff consistently complained to us about the management and the management consistently complained about the staffStaff would show up and say their back hurt or their knee hurt so they couldn't do the work; we told them then to tell their management but we were paying for fit workers Rude to my wife and I and only of the or more caregivers they sent were skilled to the level we were promised
