Review: I came from California to look for apartments & being new to the state I decided to use their services to search for apartments because I only had a week to look & sign a lease. I called [redacted] because I found their information on craigslist and talked to [redacted] who did everything over the phone for me. He said sign up for our services and you'll guaranteed have your apartment within the week and he took my card information over the phone so I could access their online server for listings. He told me I would get my receipt in email but that NEVER happened but my account was charged right away. He told me again and again that there would be new listings EVERYDAY around 10 to 20 but that never happened either, I was looking at the same 1 page of listings which were out of my budget when I strictly said I do not want to go over $1100 rent price. I was also NEVER told that this is I was told if I wasn't satisfied I could call back and ask for him but never got a hold of them. They have given wrong contact information on their website for contacting them so I kept calling and never heard from them. I looked them up online on craigslist again to find another number that's how I got in touch with a lady who accused me of being a "bully" because I was frustrated with my situation. [redacted] also never told me the services were non refundable he forced me to do everything over the phone so I didn't have to come to their offices to see a contract. I also never received a contract stating no refund or my receipt. I was cheated with money and time. Most of the apartments listed were already leased and were still on my list. It was a botched up job just to make money out of people in need.Desired Settlement: They have the worst customer service I have seen in my life. My issues were not taken care off or dealt with in any ways possible. The lady was rude and demeaning to me. I need my FULL refund back of the $100. I am a college student looking for a place to live and I don't have a job right now and coming to a different state I thought this would be of help but all they wanted was my money and NO SERVICES were provided which would meet my needs. I was lied to and deceived just so companies like this could make their money. I request you to help me get my money back.
