When I first read this complaint information in this Revdex.com case #XXXXXXX, I was amazed that the Revdex.com would allow someone to make several
rambling statements (all and without merit) but never states where she was wronged in any wayI thought the Revdex.com was a place that consumers could go to get assistance from a wrong doing of a business
It feels absolutely ridiculous that I even need to reply to such foolishness, but I have been dealing with this kind of stuff from her for the last few months, so I will reply
1.First of all there are no "several aliases" I have usedI have used no other name other than the name given to me at birthThe company name, "A New Identity Group, LLC" is the only company name used, and "HICPA" is the name of the membership program the company administers
2.There is no charge for membership, and even if there were, this is not uncommon practice, for there are many membership organizations that charge a fee, such as the Revdex.com
3.Not for sure what her problem is with soliciting investors, many companies do this, and all was done in compliant with state & federal regulations, which was prepared by one of the top law firms in the StLouis areaAnd I am not for sure why she finds it necessary to contact the State Attorney's office, but if she finds it necessary I have his number, he's a friend of mine
4.In regards to advertising *** Depot & StClair County Sheriff Watson as endorsement, both of these endorsements are authorized
5.Have no idea what she is talking about on giving occupancy information to landlords and Village of Dupo on previous business address at *** ** *** *** *** IL XXXXXThe business was located at this address up until May 28, When I ask the Village of Dupo if occupancy was given to them, they had no idea what I was talking about
6.Not for sure why she requires a verification of new address
7.Her conversation with *** and manager at the South County, MO *** *** was unwarranted and another infringement upon my business and will be dealt with by my attorneyAnd her statement that they informed her to file a report on *** *** behalf on the misuse of their logo is absolutely ludicrous and an outright lie*** *** would never ask a consumer to file a complaint on their behalf
The bottom line is that this complaint has stated no wrong doing done to her by myself or the company, and the complaint should be considered frivolous
She simply is a vindictive ex-landlord who is upset because I moved out of her building at *** ** *** St., Dupo, IL, of which she forced me to make that decision because of her constant unsolicited involvement into my business, contacting vendors and asking them questions of which she had no authority to do soThis was putting my company at risk and in jeopardy of success
When I first read this complaint it made me angry, but after sharing with my attorney he informed me that this complaint was a good thing and the final document needed to substantiate the reason for leaving the buildingHe also informed me that this document proves her malicious intent on her behalf to disrupt the company operations, and the filing of statements to carry out her intent
We have no intention of honoring her request of a settlement to cease marketing campaign, or anything else that we do with this companyHowever, we will use this complaint as document, along with several other documents in filing a lawsuit against her
