I was not aware of your level of grief regarding your project. I am truly sorry that the delays in completing your home. I know when we first met and decided to proceed with your project I said we should be done by Thanksgiving. At the time that seemed reasonable to me. The...

first setback as you recall was getting your financing in order. That took an extra 12 days to redo your contract. So right away I was 12 days behind schedule. But that is really the only delay that I won't take responsibility for. The rest of the delays are on me and I do apologize for them. As you know we did run out of material and the reorder took far too long to receive. The other delays came with weather, and employees, and Holidays thrown in. Not making excuses, just sharing here. I apologize for my perceived lack of communication. I was in contact regularly with your husband re/ your project, and the status of things and I assumed he was forwarding that information to you. For instance, we talked 2 weeks ago re/ the project and the delays and I told him I wanted  you to have those 2 extra windows he ordered free of charge. That was approx. a $600.00 value but as a token of my understanding I wanted you to have them without payment. Not saying that would make up for your frustration, I was just trying to say Im sorry. As we have now finished your home, I hope your negative memories can fade and you can begin to truly enjoy your beautiful new place. I think it looks great!  I hope you agree!
