We discussed this invoice with *** and based on information he provided we have revised our service rate documentation to better explain why an initial diagnostic visit is required prior to being able to order parts under warranty and
complete a repair
We appreciate his patience with this matter and we will be modifying his service bill as requested
The reason for the modification is: It was not clear to *** that the manufacturer of his machine requires us to complete a diagnostic visit prior to being able to order warranty partsWe have updated our documentation to note this accordingly to avoid any future confusion for other customers

As this is what I originally asked for I am satisfied, I am waiting for a modified service bill and will pay that when received
