Never said there was money problems did you or did you not mail me payments for the balance yes you did , and I did it for you due to you're a honest guy .I will meet you half way will give you $dollars for the shutters .The contractor that did you house has done over houses in the last years .And I am going bye what he stated, due to he wa sthe one there with you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] dollars is not half way and by the way I had the gutter guards removed before I hired agutters it did not make a difference water went behind gutters not into them and were rehung to low is what atold me.also your brother who was project manager for this job sent you pictures of ruts on ground caused by the rain water going behind gutters.and why do the gutter guards work on my neighbors house fine and my mothers house and another neighbors house.your the specialist at no time did you advise me not to have gutter guards put in.you said you would pay for the shutters dollars and acost me so my total out of pocket was dollars

The company I hired to install the door called me Saturday and told me the door was installed and looking for final payment from me Thank You Jeffrey

While it is true that the company did install the door on Saturday, it is because we contacted *** *** ourselves, the company from whom the door was subcontracted. We still hadn't heard from Jeff and I don't believe they did either.
We had no idea if the new door we paid for was ordered, but figured it was worth a try before we purchased one on our own. We called *** to see if they still had the door in the hopes we could schedule something. They did have the door and we scheduled a time on Saturday for them to do the installation. My husband, ***, did all the prep work in advance of the installation, which included:
removing decorative tile from the walls which would have prevented a flush installation
installed shower holder rod
installed the soap dish
cut tile for placement under the door frame
Following the installation, *** cut and installed the decorative tile to place around the shower door. *** also did general tile cleanup. I will say we were quite surprised when *** called us after the installation and wanted to know how we planned to pay. We referred him to Jeff and needed to provide his telephone number so they could contact him.
Thus far, *** has not only done those items, he has:
fixed the floor that was left undone by repairing the partially installed underlayment
added floor tiles
replaced the tiles broken by Bob the installer
did extensive cleanup and scraping to remove grout and tile cement off the tile and our oak floors
We hired and paid Jeff's company in full to do all these things. Instead, *** spent days and nights doing this work.
We still have a bedroom ceiling that needs to be fixed - tape joints need to be sanded down and the ceiling needs to be textured.
The fact that the door is now installed by our coordination, with no involvement from Jeff, does not resolve the number of repairs/issues we've had to address on our own or the time we have lost doing work we paid his company to complete

Review: had roof done about 2 years ago and some work done around chimney and new gutters installed good job and roof done in 1 day.less then year ago had new siding done another good job.how ever when gutters were rehung not done right water over flowed on front steps and would freeze making entrance to house dangerous.after numerous promises to come back and fix problem numerous phone calls .never came back to fix problem.had to hire another contractor to fix problem.he stated gutters hung to low and flashing was not put over gutters but behind.[redacted] had cell phone numbers for both him and his brother disconnected does not return my calls.I sent the invoice to him for gutters being rehung expecting check from him and nothing.he also owes me 60 dollars for shutters.if this issue is resolved I would give him more work in the future.Desired Settlement: refund of 200 dollars for gutters and 60 dollars owed for shutters total 260 dollars
