Our daughter rented from Blaine Enterprises Matthew *** and when the lease was over, I personally walked through the apartment with Matthew after it was empty and he said all is good, and the girls would get there deposits backAfter a Month he sent a letter out about all kinds of different stuff that was ludicrous, and the girls weren't going to get there security deposits backMy wife sent a check for the last month forgetting she didn't have to do that because we payed last months rent when we signed the leaseThey cashed the check knowing it was a mistake and when we emailed Matthew about it, he doesn't respondThis company owes us $that we paid extraIf I would have known what Matthew was like, we would have never rented from this companyThey ignore it hoping you forget
