Review: I contacted Mr. [redacted] to bid work on my house. Mr. [redacted] came and talked with me, took my plans, and receipts for permits already attained. I told him that they were my only copies. He agreed to return them the next week with an estimate. He followed through, doing some research at city hall, and left messages to his progress. When the agreed upon time that he was to bring back my materials came, he was unreachable. Emails and phone messages have not been returned. It has been a month that I have not heard from him, and he still has my materials.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
