RevDex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will settle for half of $130, since ken didnt keep the paperwork on that property, im not sure how else to prove I cancelled. I had written in my calender each and every inspection. The phone conversation was longer than 21 seconds because we were discussing how I felt silly for cancelling on him so many times due to our loan issues. He stated that people cancel often and that it was alright. We were never able to purchase a home, hence the refund I am asking for. I do suggest maybe keeping better records on inspections so in the future this doesnt happen again. Sincerely, [redacted]

Since I did not receive a cancellation I went to the Home to perform the inspectionI knocked on the door and the owner answeredHe is the one that told me the inspection was cancelledI explained to my customer when she called to get her $credit back that I have a charge for a non-cancelled inspectionThat is our policyAs for the copy of her phone records the record are useless to me since I thru out the order the day the owner said the inspection was canceledOne questionable concern if the minute call dated 4/14/I assume she is stating that this is the cancellation dateThe average time for me to cancel a job is seconds on the phone, not minutesI would be very interested in seeing her paperwork on the purchase of the home to verify the datesAt this time I do not owe any monies to herWhat I will do id refund 1/of the $Sincerely,
