The inspector came to my house for an appointment on Mondat June th at 4:arriving at 4:45pmHe then went through my house and made a huge messHe was not professionalHe let one of my sinks over flow and left the water all over the floorHe also left my closet attic access door open and several pieces of my clothing laying on the floorThe worst was I have a digital refrigerator and he was hitting a bunch of buttons and Turned the refrigerator side down to degreesI was out of town following the inspection days so when I returned all of my food was frozen( fruit, veggies, lunch meat)
I called him and told him what happened he first stated that he didn't touch the refrigerator but when I said I was there and watching he said he wasn't responsible that me being at the home made him uncomfortable, that he would have cleaned up after himself if the homeowner wasn't thereI can only imagine the state he would leave a house if he wasn't supervised by the homeowner or selling realtorHe was rude to me while he was there

As a woman, I have occasionally felt like I was not being taken seriously by contractors or mechanics, but this was not the case with [redacted]. My conversations with him have been informative and honest, and beyond that, he was gracious with my in-laws. The report he compiled on my house was very thorough. It was written with great care and attention to detail. [redacted] did not use scare tactics when describing problem areas, and did not inflate his repair estimates. I would recommend [redacted] services to anyone who is buying a home in the greater Richmond area.

He let one of my sinks over flow and left the water all over the floor. He also left my closet attic access door open and several pieces of my clothing laying on the floor. The worst was I have a digital refrigerator and he was hitting a bunch of buttons and Turned the refrigerator side down to 29 degrees. I was out of town following the inspection 3 days so when I returned all of my food was frozen. ( fruit, veggies, lunch meat).
