The shed was installed on 8/24/16 with many issues, including fascia studs not cut to size with ends sticking out on all four sides, a damaged stud on inside wall being partially outplace, skewed shingles on one side of the roof, deeply scratched line on the floor and shed being slightly out of level. I reported most of those issues and sent out the pictures on the second day after installation with customer rep telling me that by next Wednesday, 08/31st the area manager would contact me with date of service. I explained that I would need the service done rather sooner than later because of painting crew coming over this week. They told me that it would be taken under consideration. So, the 8/31st came and went with nobody having called me. Upon my first call to them on 09/2nd, the rep told me again that area manager would call me back right away. Upon my second call later that day, nobody returned my call. So, finally today, they called and left message that the service crew would be deployed on 09/15th with no time frame given, completely ignoring my request for earlier service. I really expected different level of product quality and service from the company that charges $3000 for their sheds. There is no shame in making mistakes, but it is shameful the run around I am getting asking them to come back to fix them.

Delivery confirmed for May 14th... between 12-4pm...
Thursday the 14th - No delivery and only communication that day was from me, the customer, to the company. The company never called to inform customer of delay or issues. Conversation initiated by customer to company at 3:30pm to get status... Answer from customer service agent. "Running late, you will have your shed before you go to bed". Well, not the case
Friday - 10:00am Communication again initiated by customer. No resolution. Customer service agent had no idea shed was not installed. Surprising to me that no call from the company was initiated.

11:00am Another attempt to get info by customer. Still no call from company or resolution. I was told by the company that the shed would not be delivered that day and that they would get back to me with a solution. Lot's of promises, we are on your side, working on a solution.
