Review: I left over 50 items for consignment witht he shop, with a value of over $1000. they closed without giving notice and did not return my items or pay me. I cannot find a number to call or information to make contact with them to get back my items. I have an agreement and a list created by them of all my items in their possession.Desired Settlement: return all my items left with them for consignment

Review: I am not sure you will be able to help with this matter; however, I did have many items at this consignment store. They never notified me of their closing, and I had to drop by the shop to find out that all the merchandise was gone! My merchandise was given to them on February 6, 2013, and the store was very full. I would assume there are others who no longer have their merchandise returned from these people. Perhaps in a collective group, we may have more strength. If you have any others with this same complaint, feel free to give them my email address: [redacted]@aol.com. What this consignment owner did is stealing!

Review: I sold 3 pieces of furniture through this consignment shop and never received payment of my share, $58.

After agreeing to the terms of the sales contract at this consignment shop I left a table and 3 shelves for sale. A month later, I was told over the phone all the pieces sold and a check would be mailed to me for $58. I never received the payment. I called again and was told the same thing. After waiting another week for the check I called back a third time. For 2 weeks straight I called and no one answered. Today I drove to the store. I found it closed with paper in the windows. There was no sign explaining anything. There was no contact information posted. It appears they closed the store without paying me for the furniture I left them with. Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for my part of the sale, $58. They collected $116 for the sale of my furniture. The agreement stated I would receive 50% of what they sell the furniture for.

Review: I had brought items to be sold on consignment.Had sone in several times since 11/2012 to request the check for items sold.I was told it would be coming..never came.Went to the store March 2013 and all evidence of the store and items were gone.
