Run away if you see this name they don't want to fix anything or do the upkeep on their homes they let black mold and unliveable conditions go on and on and then expect you to pay for all the damage that was caused from then not responding to maintenance requests just run away!
Worst rental company ever! Won't fix anything. If you keep calling to file complaints, will block your calls. Won't take care of safety issues. Have hired people off [redacted] and sent them to houses without even meeting the person. Charge WAY too much for the crap they give you. Can't keep employees for more than a few months. BEWARE!

This is the company that my Son and his Fiancé (who is 6 1/2 months pregnant) rented a house from. On Monday night their basement wall collapsed, they tried calling the person that was their contact with their company from 12:30 AM on, and tried to call their "emergency" phone # listed on their website with no answer, no message service, nothing. They finally got in touch with their contact person at 5:00 AM only to find out that she no longer works for them. At 9:00 AM they finally got through to the office, they sent out a maintenance man, he took one look at the wall (what is left of it) and all of the dirt that washed in over the entire basement and told them they cannot stay there. They also informed him of the mold in the kitchen on the ceiling that has been growing for 6 months. The fact that the basement walls were bulging when they moved in there and they have told them numerous times that they were concerned that the walls were going to give away, nothing was ever done to prevent this. They have had water backed up in the basement from the drains many times, they only came out a couple times, cleared the drains and went about their way. The mold on the ceiling started with a leak that started about 6 months ago, so bad that they had to keep a bucket under that part of the kitchen to collect any rain water that would drip through, this had been reported via their "'work order" system many times and not once did they contact my son or his fiancé let alone have anyone come to look at it. As of 4:00 PM on Wednesday no one from Home Keys had contacted either of them nor the Fire Department to caution off the property, in order to cover his own self my son did cancel the gas and electricity in case the home was to collapse in order to save the homes around it from damages from any explosion or fire that could have come from this. The fire chief was in complete shock that they hadn't heard from Home Keys and that the house hadn't been tagged as condemned a full 40 hours after the collapse. Home Keys did offer to put them in another house down the street, when they walked into the home the first thing they smelled was mold and mildew, anyone knows that you do not place a pregnant woman (or anyone) in that type of conditions. They refused to help secure a moving company to help them get their belongings out of a home that was not safe to be in. My son was able to take this upon himself to have their belongings removed, leaving them homeless and their entire home boxed up and in storage. Yesterday he sent them a work order telling them that he had contacted the fire department to get the property roped off so that no one will get hurt and within 5 minutes had a phone call from one of their representatives saying that they understand that he is looking for a home to rent, she didn't even know that he was already a tenant and what the situation was. Needless to say, they are no longer going to rent through them.
