Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowSince Home Law Solutions did not obtain a loan modification for me with my lender due to my financial hardship and health issues dealing with cancer and subsequent treatments I do not see why I was only refunded $from the original cost I had which was $1, I would hope the company would reexamine the refund amount and return more of my out of pocket expenses Regards, [redacted]
Ms [redacted] , Good day to youWe received acknowledgment in the mail today that Mr [redacted] was not satisfied with the refund amountWe believe this is because he never received the original $250.00, which was returned to our office todayI have attached a copy of the check to demonstrate the time stamp from February 25thIt was mistakenly mailed to the address we had on file, which is now rented out to a tenant of Mr [redacted] The check has been be re-mailed to the [redacted] and should arrive by early next weekThis would bring the total refund to $(which includes the second cashier’s check mailed out earlier this month) We reiterate that our firm completed all contractual requirements to Mr [redacted] , including a full submission package to his lenderHopefully this brings the matter to a closeWe wish Mr [redacted] the best moving forward Home Law Solutions | Legal Department
