Home Life Healthcare is WONDERFUL!
I had a HORRIFIC experience with *** *** *** a.k.a*** *** *** Many people are applying for jobs at Home Life Healthcare because the staff and their work ethic is fabulous
Home Life uses *** ware (a multi faceted sofware program for workers to sign in and out via cell phones, computers and etcusing GPS location)
Also, Home Life Healthcare makes sure that CNA's are registered on the *** *** registry as CNA's and NOT as a worker as does ***
Home Life Health is friendly and very professional I'm glad to have switched over after three years of *** with *** The only reason I didn't switch to Home Life Healthcare before is because the State community programs didn't offer an agency other than *** in our proximety

I love working for Home Life I always get what I need from my supervisors Katy, Gabby and previous supervisor Alex. I really enjoy talking to Victoria and having everyone help as they can. Although on more than 4 ocassions I have called the office and a person with the name of Grace can NEVER assist. As soon as she hears who I ask for she bluntly says OK LET ME TRANSFER YOU. Sometimes I'm already with a client early and am not able to clock in until Gabby or Evelyn come back from lunch. The fact that she can not help is not what bothers me the most, but when she answers the phones she acts like she is too superior and with an attitude like I have done something wrong or as if my phone call has bothered her, and if it ever has than I'm sorry. With the in service that the lovely Victoria had I was able to speak with other employees. Including a few of hers and just with what they have told me I can only say I love my supervisors because if they treated me the way Grace talks to them over the phone, I would have left more than a year ago. Just wanted to let you guys know since everyone I have spoken to does not want to speak up.
