I love working for Home Life I always get what I need from my supervisors Katy, Gabby and previous supervisor Alex I really enjoy talking to Victoria and having everyone help as they can Although on more than ocassions I have called the office and a person with the name of Grace can NEVER assistAs soon as she hears who I ask for she bluntly says OK LET ME TRANSFER YOU Sometimes I'm already with a client early and am not able to clock in until Gabby or Evelyn come back from lunch The fact that she can not help is not what bothers me the most, but when she answers the phones she acts like she is too superior and with an attitude like I have done something wrong or as if my phone call has bothered her, and if it ever has than I'm sorry With the in service that the lovely Victoria had I was able to speak with other employees Including a few of hers and just with what they have told me I can only say I love my supervisors because if they treated me the way Grace talks to them over the phone, I would have left more than a year ago Just wanted to let you guys know since everyone I have spoken to does not want to speak up
