We agree there was service quality issues and one reason for the length of time to address her warranty work, was due to clients job and sensitive information she works with out of her houseTherefore, we cannot do work during the week and only weekendsIt was very tough to schedule a good time for us to come back outThe second reason for delay in getting her warranty work taken care of, was we had a project manager overseeing thisUnbeknownst to us, he was telling us taken care of her and/or addressing and due to us not hearing back from customer, that it has not been taken care of, we assumed it was addressedWe are and were sorry for this and met with client already last weekend and addressed her concernsWe will be doing the warranty work in weekends from now, when she is available

for us to come back out. The second reason for delay in getting her warranty work taken care of, was we had a project manager overseeing this. Unbeknownst to us, he was telling us taken care of her and/or addressing and due to us not hearing back from customer, that it has not been taken care of, we assumed it was addressed. We are and were sorry for this and met with client already last weekend and addressed her concerns. We will be doing the warranty work in 2 weekends from now, when she is available.

Do not hire Home Lift Now, LLC. There is a VERY good reason why the ROC has suspended their license #302446. Do not become their next victim.
[redacted]'s review is on point. My issue with HomeLiftNow took place in July/August 2015 before they acquired a license from the ROC. They lied about being licensed and even tried to pass off another company's ROC license as their own before they ever applied to the ROC for licensure. I kicked them out after 9 days and refused to let them finish the job. I had to hire a company to remediate asbestos cross-contamination in my home caused by their incompetence and I had to hire someone to demo and redo the "work" that they had done. The company refused to be reasonable in settling the issue and I have not yet been reimbursed a dime for the damages that they caused.
Learn from my mistake...do not hire this company and make sure that you check any company you are interested in hiring to ensure their license is in good standing on the ROC website at http://www.azroc.gov/ Do your homework better than I did. Make sure the company is licensed AND get independent references to ensure the quality of their workmanship and reputation is strong.

May 31, 2016: HomeLift Now, owners John L & Brandon L came into my home, said they can do a complete new Kitchen Cabinets and new Granite installed with a 10 day turn around. On October 17, 2015, HLN came into my home to installed the NEW Kitchen Cabinets instead, HLN installed old, disgusting, debris filled cabinets, incorrect design, old painted hinges attached, no shelves in any cabinets, wrong size cabinets, wrong cabinets, no drawers, wrong finished, interior strains, interior sprayed painting, cracked Granite (caused by HLN employees/Granite su-contractor - unknown is properly licensed?), in addition, installed the Granite without a bull nose finish per contract. HLN during the new kitchen installation, did caused additional damages to my home, my equipment, walls, code violations, water leaks to name a few other items.

There are 5 OPEN Complaints at Registrar of Contractors website against HLN & just from January to May, 2016.Two complaints just in May, 2016. With 5 OPEN Complaints, this company has serious problems. There are 2 local attorneys that will be filing suit. YELPS website had several written complaints but seem to be removed per HLN request, trying to protect his company instead of performing under a reputable ROC license requirements. There are others persons & couples that just fired HLN before the project was completed due to poor quality of materials, workmanship, workers problems, non-licensed sub-contractors & unnecessary work schedule delays. They just got tired of dealing with an unprofessional General Contracting company.

HomeLift Now did take the money & refused to complete the new kitchen remodeling, refused required repairs and/or completion per the Registrar of Contractors Inspector inspection. ROC gave them a Direct Written order to repair or settle within 15 days and HLN refused to cooperated with ROC written notice & per the contract.

It took me several months of non-completion to reported HLN to the AZ Register of Contractors & now finally waiting for my Court date the end of June, 2016. HLN/Brandon L dragged out an Unlivable Situation & I will only be honest in disclosing & exposing all the facts on this unprofessional unethical ownership of a General Contractors company. My hope is that no others have to deal with a General Contractors company lack of compliance with the rules & regulations & lack of running a reputable company.

The two owners of HLN, John L & Brandon L work under a General Contractors license & if HLN does not honor the rules of being an honest professional GC then their should lose their license.
