Review: I had my driveway redone in AUG 2013 by this so called company after being solicited by the [redacted]. He made and attempted many shortcuts and the final job was inferior leaving me with major drainage issues, spotting from a bad mixture of asphalt along with severe pooling of water. The underground buried pipes also raised and cracked the new paved surface within 1 month of the job being finished at which time, the [redacted] said he was going to come back and fix. Well, its been one year and his phone number is blocked and does not except calls. I have driven by the so called address on the contract and its an empty house. Obviously, I have been taken for a fool and am now stuck with major flooding issues in side of my garage after every heavy rain along with pooling and the break down of the surface which is breaking apart. We actually track little black pieces of asphalt up our steps and into the house! The written contract states a 4 year guarantee on ALL work! The website and contract state "fully insured"! I doubt that!Desired Settlement: The written guarantee on the contract should be honored and issues should be addressed and fixed at the Contractors expense OR provide me with a full refund so I can take care of the mess that they created by hiring a reputable paving company!

Review: Installed new stairs incorrectly. Stairs are not pitched correctly and water lies on top of front stair. Called [redacted] several times, left tons of messages with no return phone calls. Finally got a hold of him (several months ago) and he said he would come back to fix the issue and never did. He also was contracted to install a railing and he never came back to do that either. So we paid for an inferior job and for a railing that was never put in. Job was done in April 2013 and it is now almost April of 2014 and still no response. Not happy with the job and definitely not happy with the service and lack of response. After 1 year, I feel it's safe to say he will not pick up the phone, return messages and most importantly, he will not return. Paid a lot of money to get screwed. Don't want it to happen to anyone else - will never use again or recommend this contractor.Desired Settlement: Want the defective job fixed correctly and the rest of the job to be completed.
