The client had been dealing with the customer service department of our affiliate company. Our office was never notified of Miss [redacted] 's issue. Miss [redacted] 's... originally emailed to cancel and that email was forwarded onto customer service within moments of receiving her request. We wish Miss [redacted] the best and respect her decision to handle on her own. When she contacted our office we immediately went to accounting to figure out what the issue had been. Once we confirmed with accounting what refunds had already been issued we refunded the client the remaining amount. Again, Miss [redacted] is a very nice lady and we wish her nothing but the best. We wish this could have been handled with our office as the contact and this is why we try to go through great lengths to give the correct contact information through email and mailing out a welcome package.
