This company is soliciting Home Mortgage Insurance in a way that it looks like you have to enroll in their servicesThey sent a letter saying "you have NOT enrolled" and The enrollment opportunity will expire soon"In the small print on the bottom it says "This is not an application for coverage", be sure to read the small print before mailing anything to themRecently, I had someone knock on my door wanting to "explain" the coverage to me and that he was not a sales personI'm not certain if that was the same company, but the continued solicitation is certainly annoyingI had everything handled through my mortgage company and don't need any other services from other companiesWhat is a little odd is that his company only has a PO box and no contact information listed on the letterIf they were a credible company, they would be listing phone numbers, email, websites etc., therefore I suspect that this is a SCAM

I have just received a letter from them they had previously called and I refused to give out information over the phoneI have also been in contact with my Loan officer and she informed me that this was a scam to give her the letter and she will report it

This Company is a Fraud. I received a letter from them as well. The question is how did they find out I had taken a loan and of what amount. There is no physical address for this company. Don't be fooled.
