late invoice was issued for the month of September on the 9/15 and hence it was due on the 15th. We do allow adjustments in billing due to error when the customer contacts us within 30 days. We received an email on 9/16 from [redacted] regarding tuition taken out on the same day and a lesson was billed in error. We did not respond in writing as we followed up with a call on the same day to clarify the billing and explained that she will not be charged for the lessons not provided. Due to our billing system (lessons are pre-paid ahead of time), we make adjustments on the following month for any missed lessons that our teacher is not providing make-up for. The August 1st lesson was intended to make-up by our teacher in September but [redacted] has cancelled her lessons on 9/12 with Ms [redacted] and requested for a teacher change. We have been working with her to arrange a new teacher which she decided to cancel altogether on 9/19. In our conversation, we have agreed to provide refund of $168.00.We tried processing the refund on 9/26 but we had issue in processing the refund electronically and hence a check was going to be issued. Please note that we have arranged with [redacted] on 10/10 to deliver the check in person and she has received check #1280 for $168.00 on 10/10 (prior to the receipt of this complaint).We have been in business for almost 5 years and this is the first complaint received from Revdex.com which we have resolved within 2 weeks of customer's request.
