Review: June 16, 2014 I signed a lease agreement with Home Network scheduled to commence Jun 28, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. and expire July 27, 2014, at 4:00 p.m.

June 17, 2014 I received my Reservation Confirmation and move in instructions from Home network stating: Agreement # 0000009727, Arrival date: Jun 28, 2014, Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

June 28, 2014 4pm I proceeded to the property to check in. There was no one available to check me in. I called and emailed Home Networks regarding my issue. A representative of the company contacted me ~4:45 pm. She stated that she was 2.5 hrs away and I should check in to the Marriot hotel. I emailed the representative after checking in and expressed the extreme inconvenience a later check in was causing me. She responded but did not offer to provide access to the apartment. At ~6pm I received an email from the reservation agent at Home Network. She stated that she would provide lock out service and I should email her my phone number and the address of the property. I provided the necessary information. However I did not receive a response.

I checked in to the property at 10am June 29, 2014. As of July 1, 2014 I had not received a response from Home Networks regarding my inability to check in on June 28, 2014. I called the company and expressed my disappointment in their lack of response to their customer. The delay in check in cost me money and time. I attempted to come to a fair agreement with Home Networks. However the response from the the owner was "I feel Home Networks has done everything to help make your stay more comfortable. You on the other hand continue to make this situation more difficult by asking us for a month free stay when in fact it was your mistake. Our office has answered your many emails and calls. The employees with Home Networks will not be spending any more time on this matter. Again you have made a big situation for yourself and we will not be offering you anything else. I ask you to just feel lucky we are giving you two nights free."Desired Settlement: Here are the choices I presented to Home Networks:

1) 50% credit on my bill

2) Home networks arrange to move my personal belongings out of the unit (in my presence) and in to a new place ( found by Home network) for me to reside until 7/27.

3) 100% credit of my bill
