Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Their response is not true, furniture was ready for delivery on the day my mother applied over the phoneI told them I was not ready for delivery because contract had to be signed by my mother via email and she wanted to read it first before signing contractWe made a delivery date of if purchaser [redacted] was satisfied with the agreementOn I called Home One furniture, there was no answerSo I called the Progressive Finance company on the same date to let them know we were not interested in financing with there company and would not be purchasing the furniture they said no problemThey asked me to hold on and called Home One furniture to make sure I didn't receive the furniture yetThey spoke to someone there and they wouldn't give no information to progressiveSo Progressive financial company noted I called and asked me call the company and ask them not to deliver and they would confirm on TuesdayWhen I Finally reached "MIKE" he must have known we were trying to cancel, he was irate he told me that I was lying that I never called Progressive Financial company ( which Progressive verified to him I did on 092015)He said he doesn't work for me he would never work for me and I'm just stuck with paying 25% of cost of furniture In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

WAS TOLD THAT SHE COULD CANCEL...

HER ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS BUT BEFORE DELIVERY
DATE. IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER SO WE HAD TO GO TO NEW JERSEY TO PICK UP ITEM ON
FRIDAY FOR A TUESDAY DELIVERY. CUSTOMER CALLED TUESDAY MORNING TO CANCEL
MERCHANDISE. WE TOLD HER THE MERCHANDISE WAS ON THE TRUCK READY FOR DELIVERY
AND IF SHE WANTED TO CANCEL, THERE WOULD BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. SHE RENEGED
AND COMPLAINED.
SHE DID NOT FOLLOW POLICY BY RETURNING TO THE STORE WITH HER INVOICE AND,
INSTEAD, DECIDED TO CALL THE FINANCE COMPANY, WHO WAS NOT ABLE TO ASSIST HER
WITH HER PROBLEM.
WE VALUE OUR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FAIR WITH OUR POLICY.

Their response is not true, furniture was ready for delivery on 09/**/2015 the day my mother applied over the phone. I told them I was not ready for delivery because contract had to be signed by my mother via email and she wanted to read it first before signing contract. We made a delivery date of 09/**/2015 if purchaser [redacted] was satisfied with the agreement. On 09/**/2015 I called Home One furniture, there was no answer. So I called the Progressive Finance company on the same date to let them know we were not interested in financing with there company and would not be purchasing the furniture they said no problem. They asked me to hold on and called Home One furniture to make sure I didn't receive the furniture yet. They spoke to someone there and they wouldn't give no information to progressive. So Progressive financial company noted I called and asked me call the company and ask them not to deliver and they would confirm on Tuesday.
