My home warranty assigned Doctor Cool to my AC issueThe first appointment was scheduled and I was told they would call prior to arrival NO such deal just showed up I explained the issue and was look at like I had two heads I left Franklin and his partner to his job I heard a lot of banging on the roof After about min he knocked on the door said all done I asked what he did and he had to look at his paper work and then said replaced the motor and cap The AC unit sounded good and was blowing cold so I didn't give it much thought A few hours later I started hearing a rattle and could feel vibrations in the walls I tried calling and only got voice mail I called again the next morning and again only voice mail After a few hours finally a lady answered and said no one was available to come out for two days I explained to her that I was not happy and the rattling and vibrations were getting worse and the original job was not completed and they should find a way to

AHS sent Doctor Cool to my home after a terrible experience with another "reputable" HVAC companyThe previous company's technician did absolutely nothing to fix the leak we were having and when he was sent out, a second time, he refused to come inInstead he gave us an estimate for $to do the necessary repairs
