On or about January 8, I made contact with Mr*** Fulmer via telephone in response to a mailer whereby he explained to me that he could help with a process called a Quiet Title Recission Action, as he further explained via his mailer that due to the fact that my home was sold unlawfully sold this action could stop the bank's claim against me and my propertyIn exchange for his services I would pay him $up front which I did over a month's time as I did not have all the money up at that time and $10,once the approximate week process was complete and if he could not fulfill his portion of the agreement and reliably stop this process he would refund the entire up front paymentHowever, after I remitted the balance of the $MrFulmer would no longer return my calls nor answer my e-mails then in March he finally contacted me via e-mail (after avoiding phone calls and e-mails from me for over a month) stating he would refund my money the week of April 25,
