Review: The company had came out to inspect for bed bugs. After finding infestation they came to treat the apartment. They never got rid of the bed bug and refuse to do treatment to get rid of them. Everytime I get bit I collect the bed bugs and give them to the office or Paramount and they come check my apartment and say I dont have them. I am currently getting bit and giving them the bed bugs and they tell me its all in my head. I ask them what about the be bugs that I give them they will tell me this is the first one that they have maybe someone else came the last time and its clearly the same person that I gave the bug to.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace all my furniture that is infested. I want to move and I refuse to bring the infested furniture with me.

Review: In March 2013 I had called Home Paramount to state that I wanted to place my services on hold and I would call them when I wanted them to resume. I had placed the services on hold because personal property had disappeared from my residence the exact day my house was serviced. On June 28 my neighbor had brought me a slip for service that was left on their door with my name and address stating the residence had been serviced. I called Home Paramount that following Monday, July 1, 2013 and stated to them I had not asked for them to service my house and I did not believe they had did since I had family staying with me and nobody had seen anybody on my property. Even the statement was left on the neighbors door. The manager stated that this charge would be removed. I told him I did not want to receive any collection notices, he assured me I would not. On August 5,2013 I received another invoice stating that this was going to collections. I then sent an email to the main office in Maryland. [redacted] called and left a message on August 6 that the charges were being removed. Today, August 29 I received a collection notice. I tried calling [redacted] and the person at the office stated he was not in, but would not put me into his voicemail.Desired Settlement: I want the $89.40 for services on 6/27/2013 that I did not request removed from my account. I want my credit restored.

Review: We have used Home Paramount for close to five years to combat any sort of pest problem such as mice or termites. Recently, they decided they were going to take a look under the house to make sure we did not have any critters living down there. However, after examining it they determined we had termite infestation, water damage, and an abundance of mold and mildew. They also decided that we needed to replace our insulation. To fix the supposed problems they quoted $5,000. I consented at first, and so Home Paramount began to "fix" the problems. My first encounter with the Home Paramount employee was not the best. I walked out of the house to see him smoking a cigarette not even thirty minutes into the job. He then preceded to shake my hand with cigarette ash covering his own hand. We went over the details of the arrangement, yet within an hour of starting the project, the Home Paramount employee was installing obtrusive bright green termite prevention devices around the entire perimeter of the house that were never mentioned in our original deal. To top it off, he was drilling straight into the ground without any of knowledge of the location of power lines and water pipes directly beneath him. I also was not told of a $300 annual maintenance fee for the termite prevention. Following this, I immediately cancelled their services before they could do anymore work. After they left, I had another person take a look under the house, after which we were told there was no mold and mildew and absolutely no sign of termites or water damage.

In addition to the recent mishap, I also discovered the service they have provided for the last several years was useless. Crawling around under the house, I discovered an abundance of animal nests that certainly should not have been there if they were actually exterminating the pests. I also found numerous sources of entry in the forms of holes and cracks that I immediately sealed up to prevent further entry from any animalDesired Settlement: I just wanted to inform the Revdex.com of the poorservice with Home Paramount. I realized they are simply in the business to make money, and they in no way have their clients' best interests in mind. My wife's parents have also experienced problems in the past as well, in which Home Paramount charged them hundreds of dollars for work that was not needed.

Review: On February 2, 2016, we hired Home Paramount to trap and remove a squirrel that was in our fireplace. Home Paramount quoted a price of $550 to remove the squirrel and repair or replace the chimney cap. We were informed that payment must be paid up-front before any work would be started. We paid the $550. The squirrel was trapped and removed the next day, however Home Paramount never checked, repaired or replaced the chimney cap. On March 15, we spoke to Mr. Yeager who agreed that we would be charged $150 for the squirrel removal, and we would be refunded $400. When we called to follow-up on when we would receive our refund, we were told the check was mailed on Wednesday, March 30th. We have not yet received the refund, so we called again today, April 6th and was informed that the refund request was being forwarded to the A/P Manager to cut the check.Desired Settlement: We have been getting a run-around from Home Paramount for two months. We would like to receive our $400 refund.

Customer states check was received from business.

Review: My problem with Home Paramount started last year when they told my wife she could get a one-time pest service and actually tricked her into signing a year long agreement. Prior to the end of the contract, we informed Home Paramount Pest Control to cancel our contract and that we would not renew. Since we had signed the contract, even under false pretenses, we allowed them to complete the year of service and paid fully. Now, even though we informed them that we cancelled on two separate occasions, they continued the service today (5/7) and have left a new bill. They are continuing the contract under false pretenses and despite that we cancelled.Desired Settlement: Our desired outcome is that they will void the current bill of $100 and refund us all money that was paid to them for unwanted and misrepresented services. We paid $100 per service for 4 services. Only the first service was requested, so we are asking that they refund $300 on top of cancelling the the current bill.
