I bought a book for the amount of 27.90.I sent a Canadian chequebut when I looked on my bank statement it cost me now I think the company selling these books should have a Canadian publishing.If I would of known what this book would of cost me, I would of never bought it.I also think the company should give info on the extra cost

This company provides excellent health resource material, both in their emails and via ordering onlineI have found them to be very accommodating, even allowing me to purchase printed vsdigital copies though I am in Canada.I am prepared to pay the extra shipping
