To Whom It May Concern First, We did received your email Month after we install your kitchen floor And we did send you email respond say " We have month services free after the date install and we don't have any problem to repair for you but it will cost you services fee $150.Thank you and
please let us know"but you haven't respond until NOW and looks like you hire different company to repair......and come back to us another Month ?????????We are going to repeat our email "Grout crack can be numerous reasons from movement of subfloor, expansion and wear and tear and etcFor example, let said moving furniture or moving refrigerator or chairs and chip off or scratch little portion of groutand clean floor regular basis with water or cleaning product, while the grout can be result weak or loose or wear out, because grout is not waterproof, it also require to seal every years to prevent becomes porous. Grout need to be careful moving heavy items on the flooring, it can be easily chip the edges or scratch the finish, or dig into the grout if drag it.Ceramic tile may not consider high maintenance products, but Grout is thin-set mortars and it need maintenance regular basis& We are not sure how many times it's been seal or maintenance since it's been rental house
