I purchased this lift on 5-23- My contract states install at customer residence I have to take vehicle over to installer and then go back and pick up I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, my wife just had ankle surgery, no weight weeks This lift was to be installed by now I expect total compensation for the incompetence of Pride, pride sub-suppliers This has caused major problems health wise and aggravation wise Again causing me extreme health problems I have no ride back home after dropping car off, and no way to go back and pick it up This is totally unacceptable I do not walk well at all and have to use walker
