Thank you for writing. My client was delayed in responding due to not receiving your letter until recently due to a relocation.
Mr. H[redacted] spent more than 20 hours in the complainant's house doing various repairs over a span of several days. He made repairs in the kitchen, he made repairs to the front door lock. He fixed leaking shower handles. He replaced washers, and stopped a toilet from running. He prepped holes in the kitchen ceiling where there was water damage. [redacted] received more than his money's worth of service. His suggestion that the work was not performed is simply false.
