I am the new Property Manager for *** *** *** and we have responded in writing to the complainant via Certified Mail and regular mail on 3/18/to the address provided. We have taken the extra step to provide the complainant with a complete month by month breakdown of all charges
that are due on the account. There are several discrepancies in the complaint we received which through our review have provided answers based on our records and copies of said payment received. As Home Properties employees we strive each and every day to provide the best customer service and ensure our knowledge and records are accurate to the best of our ability. We are more than happy to provide all available documents and explanations to help resolve any concerns or discrepancies. We are hopeful the documents provided along with the detailed explanation and spreadsheet will assist the complainant with the proper explanation. If we can be of any further assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime
