Review: [redacted] - a utility company from [redacted] charges William Henry Apartments/Home Properties, Inc. a $1.00 heat service fee each month. I was informed by the Property Manager, [redacted] that Home Properties in turn charges that $1.00 back to the tenants. There are 363 apartments in this complex...this means that William Henry Apartments/Home Properties is making an additional $363.00 per month x 12 months = $4356.00 per year! I have already filed a formal complaint against [redacted] on February 11, 2013.Desired Settlement: I DO NOT WANT TO PAY AN EXTRA $1.00 EACH MONTH FOR A 'HEAT SERVICE FEE' - THE UTILITY BILLS ARE COSTLY ENOUGH. THIS IS UNFAIR AND TOTALLY ABSURD!Thank you.
