Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The changes that required a schedule attachment - dated June were for items that were initially agreed upon but about which Gene forgot to include on his original quote, plus the surprise cost of having to remove asbestos contaminated material/The next schedule addition dated June was to accomodate my request to move the toilet to a different location and increasing the size of the bathroom vanity It was with Gene's encouragement that instead of drop ceiling a drywall ceiling was installed.Schedule is dated June is billing for costs involved in vanity extension, removal of more drywall and material to replace, treating mold on walls, electrical he did not include in original quote, and material for bathroom relocate.Since then the drywall has been done, walls and ceiling painted, subfloor installed, most of cabinetry installed, and windows incompletely installed. That is the extent of work completed to date The delays due to changes were completed over a month ago I was promised 'this' would be done tomorrow, 'that' would be done this week, ad nauseum.I was also given excuse after excuse for these things not occuring.According to the flooring store, he only placed that order Aug.3, and it came in late Friday August The flooring has not been delivered There are many other jobs to be done that do not require his waiting on suppliers.Days and weeks have gone by with scarcely a thing done[redacted] I have tenants needing to move in, and I this delay has cost me a months rentSincerely, [redacted]

unfortunately at the mercy of the manufacturers on the windows and the countertops. [redacted] has been kept up to date each and every rme when something is to be delayed.  We cannot procede on the said finishing items until the orders are in and complete.  Floors that our client chose on her own accord were not in Stock for pickup until August 8. Once the countertops and windows are finished being installed we can carry forward with th floors, doors and plumbing of the remainder. As for employees not being paid, there was only ONE subtrade named [redacted] who was paid and ha's yet to deposit the check as he wanted to be paid in cash. Unfortunately out invoice was from a business and we issued payment to that named business.  All other people that have worked on site are currently employed and paid on scheduled pay periods. Clients do need to understand that each and every change to a plan, creates added time and expense and we cannot control the companies to which we or they choose our materials.  Cheers
