Hi. the key thing here is that the bag was not purchased from Linda's Stuff It was purchased on *** and they have to approve the return. We curated the sale for *** ***- when buyers purchase a handbag- they pay *** *** and NOT Linda's Stuff If a buyer wants to
return a handbag- they reach out to *** *** and *** *** would contact us and we would authorize the returnIn this case- we were NOT notified by *** *** that this buyer wanted to return the handbagWe are happy to accept the return but the buyer has to go through the proper channels through *** ***We are more than happy to help this buyer make that happenWith that said, and all due respect, the bag has been authenticated by a professional authenticator and we are more than happy to provide proof of that authentication as well Please let me know how we can help make this buyer happy- she is more than welcome to call me at ###-###-#### and we can try to help connect her to the folks at *** *** in an effort to resolve thisPlease make sure she asks for LindaThank you
