The deposit and contract for construction were not signed until 4/2/She stated that the problem occurred on 2/25/ I have copies of signed contract if you need to see them2.) The $2,deposit was not received nearly (3) months ago as she stated in her complaintThe deposit was not received until 4/2/Have copies of deposit made if needed also.3.) Her statement of "I have had NO action taken on my home." is a complete lieI guess my guys coming over to remove the carport off her car back in mid April was no action.4.) The delivery of carport materials into Louisville distributor was not until 5/7/I can not get started with our work if I have no materials?5.) The construction of carport was started on 5/11/and completed on 5/14/The date of the complaint was on 5/11/at 12:28pm?6.) The job has been completed since 5/14/and Home Run Improvement has yet to be paid.DESIRED OUTCOME: At this point I just want to be paid for my services[redacted] Owner [redacted] ***www.HomeRunImprovement.com

We have been back to the house on (2) different occasions to address his concernsUnfortunately we can not satisfy his needs due to his lack of maintenance on his landscaping around his hillside houseFirst off to explain no calls went unanswered is completely absurdAlthough when you are
left calls and messages on a Friday hour period from am til pm on one given day, I truly wondered who would do this? The owner went to the level of having his children leave messages on my cell phone directly after he left his 30th call of the dayThis is when I knew it was time to keep all records and messages left by this individualI have been dealing with the public in the service industry for over years of my life and this was one case that I knew I was going to need to keep a complete set of voice messages , photos of work , dates of claims , records of follow ups and now again responses to claims of poor craftsmanship that are a result of poor lack of landscaping maintenance on the owners partAll photos , voice messages , contracts and records of events can be suppliedUnfortunately this customers situation has nothing to do with the work performedThe work was completed in June of and the complaint was filed on 12/10/with Revdex.comNow the customer is soliciting Angie's List members to email himHe went on to write up a review on Angie's list that said "If anyone would like to contact me by email my email address is ***Here is the scope of work paid for by the customer 0n 6/17/- Scope of Work - Clean out gutters and re-secure to gutter boardCaulk and seal every miter and end caps to seal up leaksDig trenches for each of the downspouts and install and attach 4" perforated pipes to help drain the water away from the houseInstall 302' of 6" Shur Flow gutter guards on all gutters.My last email to him stated the following" The downspouts that are draining into the city sewers are blockedYour downspouts are clogged from years of neglectThe gutters were cleaned out as described in scope of workIf you would have paid for a full gutter replacement you would not have this problem."
