Move from Florida to NJ Romeo, sales guy promised they do not subcontract (they did) and that the delivery would be done within 3-days - took 2+ weeks) Six days pass and no communication Calls to Romeo go unanswered Ask to speak with managers...Kim...all promises and no delivery Then, for a period of a week we are told that the delivery will be the next day and that they will call prior....no calls Finally receive a call from Noame (can barely understand him) who says he is the owner of the truck (not ***) and that his driver stole his money and abandon his truck Can you believe this? He later said his truck broke down and that they would be doing me a favor by getting a new truck to try and deliver
Four days later - I get a hold of Shai (Sean) English not his strong point who tells me to go F myself, that I am a D bag and that they may never deliver my goodsHe threatens that if I make any additional calls to find status, they will lose my delivery
I manage to talk him off of his crazy position he promises me delivery on Saturday, which became Sunday, then Monday, Tuesday and finally Wednesday
Finally - the truck does arrive and demands the money I ask him to let me see that my stuff is on board...he refused Police called - finally dirver - Shahaff? relents and lets me see
Money paid in front of police officer....driver then dumps my furniture in the driveway of the storage facility ...does not place it into the storage unit Shows up with no help...ends up hiring a temp at the storage unit Makes threats against me to run me over Drops a dresser on the ground damaging it I then start to video him moving a marble top dresser and he tells me to go "F" myself and that he is not finishing the move....he does not have to imaging that - leaving your belongings in the street
Broke a chair Lost / stole a $1,kitchen table We ended up having to move the goods into the unit by ourselves
Home Safe Moving in Paisley Florida - This company is a sham...crooked to the bone Not honest At every turn, will attempt to upcharge Think I am exaggerating....absolutely not I have pictures and videos of the damaged goods Contact me if you want any more information or if you are thinking of going with them DO NOT USE THEM Would file a complaint with the Revdex.com but since they are not accredited - not sure if it would matter Find another company - this one is HORRIBLE

I requested a quote for a move from Atlanta, GA to Las Vegas, NVI received calls from a lot of moving companies, HomeSafe been of themI started talking to a James S*** I informed him that I don't have an address in Las Vegas yet and I will have the address for them when I get an apartment on my arrivalHe said my stuff will be kept in storage in LAS VEGAS (please remember this part) and when I give them the address it will be deliveredAfter a lot of back and forth (bear in mind they don't use real phone numbersThey can call you but if you call you will always get voicemail and when you leave a message the guy calls you back with some lie about how he was busy) When I told him about the reviews online he said it was all the customers fault and he directed me here *** *** They have so many fake reviews there it will make your head spin
Anyways, I decided to go with them against my intuition and made the depositThat's the last time I ever heard from this James S***! When the driver that was supposed to pick up my stuff on the 30th of May didn't show up, I called every number I could find for them on the internet, every single oneNo one answered! James was not returning my calls or replying my emailsI ended up canceling my flight for twice and staying extra days at the apartment for a pro-rated rateAnyways, driver eventually shows up on the 2nd of July with a *** truck, I asked why they don't have the Homesafe truck as James said, he said truck broke down and they had to come with thisIt was about 9pm and I had to leave that night so they packed up and left
I got to Vegas, got my apartment and started calling everybody at homesafe, I could not get through to anybody, even the driver who picked my stuff up wasn't answering my callsI called from the 4th of June until the 12th and still no responseI then requested another quote on their website like a new customer and voila I get a call from a guy called RomeoI played along with him for a while and he was using the same tactics James usedWhen I confronted him about my job, he promptly hung up on me! After kicking up a storm, I got a call from a lady who said my stuff is in Tennessee and it will be delivered to meWell today is the 1st of July and I still haven't gotten anythingAt this point I know my stuff will probably never get here or most of it won'tI call almost everyday and I keep getting all kinds of run aroundsIt will be there in days they say, it will be there in another days, I was even told it will be there in 2-10days all of which has almost passed without my stuff getting here
You are better off just leaving your door open and letting burglars take everything than dealing with this companyA word they say is enough for the wiseI will update this post with any new information as it happensI don't fear retribution from them, they know who I am from the order number I posted, the worst they can do is not bring my stuff

Green moving sub contracted home safe put our furniture in the trailors like it was going to the dump. Didn't even wrap our furniture. Delivered by another company on Thanksgiving day. Missing a dining room chair and alot of damaged furniture and glass. Also they have alot of hidden charges and won't respond to your calls. Would never recommend anyone to use this company.

I had one of the worst moving experience with this company and I am upset and angry beyond words.First, this company is a brokerage firm that are only interested in your money so please do your self a favor and run away as far as possible! I initially read the review posted by other people below but I thought I would give Homesafe moving and storage a chance but I was burned at the end. I was apprehensive about this company all along which made me drove to Texas with our name brand item and made my wife took the plane because she was pregnant and she wouldn't be able to withstand a long distance drive.We moved to TX from Chicago, we spent over $2800 on moving fees.During the pick up the drivers demanded additional $281 because they claimed we have move item than they thought.Upon delivery the driver also demanded additional $360 because his so called large truck is too large to get into our apartment complex.These people will drag your goods on the floor just to quickly move on to the next and they care less if your item is broken or damaged.Once our item were offloaded, we quickly discovered that some of our household goods are missing.We also found out that most of our furniture were scratched, ripped and damaged and on top of all that, my wife was missing several pair of running shoes, sneakers and timberland boots worth over $1500.Our move was also farmed out to [redacted] who turned out to be Kleptomaniacs. These people brought their two girl friends or wives probably to access what they could steal and they stayed in the moving truck the whole time.I called Homesafe moving and storage to launch a complain but no one answers the phone but the moment I connected to their sale line, a man answers and after I told him that my items were missing, he hung up on me.I called again twice and he hung up on me both times after he claimed he was trying to direct me to their claim department.The third time I called,I confronted the same man that has been hanging up the phone why he kept hanging up on me;he claimed they are having problems with their phone line which I know is not true.The next day, I called their number again and I got a recording message that directed me to a claim website called [redacted] where I filled a claim and received a claim acknowledgement email however after few days, I received another email from this same movingclaim company that their service agreement with my moving provider has been terminated.I filled another claim the following day and I received a call from a lady that they no longer have Homesafe moving and storage on their system as a service provider.How could this happen within a few days of filling a claim with this company.I think homesafe moving and storage and [redacted] belongs to the same entity who created a fake moving claim company to make their company look real and insured.They are only out to scam people out of their hard earned money so please stay away from this establishment at all cost.I LEARNED MY LESSON THE HARD WAY!
